Once I receive your signed proposal and deposit, your session is confirmed. I'll follow up by email with the details.
I arrive at your space and we get going. Every decision about what to keep or let go is entirely yours — I'm here to guide, not to judge.
After each session I'll send an invoice. Payment is due before the next session or within 7 working days.
These terms cover your first session and all future sessions. Should I make any changes, you will be notified and asked to sign a new agreement before any future sessions take place.
Lua Maria Professional Organiser is not a cleaning service. I am unable to carry out cleaning tasks during sessions.

Photos are taken and used only with your permission. Any promotional images will be fully anonymised. By consenting, you confirm all residents have also agreed.
